It highlights the legal framework, particularly The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013, outlining the rights and responsibilities of employees and organizations. Employees are introduced to reporting mechanisms and the role of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) in addressing and resolving complaints with confidentiality and fairness. The session concludes by inspiring individuals to contribute to a positive culture, reinforcing respect, collaboration, and productivity across all levels.
